Can start
  • Signed events: invoice and payment changes.
  • Scheduled check: unpaid invoices.
Can do
  • Reads unpaid invoices, invoices, payments, customers or contacts.
  • Creates or voids an invoice. Records a payment. Only if selected.
  • Never emails an invoice from QuickBooks or Xero.
Review and sending
  • Writes run within limits a person set.
  • Reminder email goes through a separate Gmail, Outlook, or Resend account, under scoped send.
You need
  • QuickBooks: an Intuit developer app with the Accounting scope. Production keys pass Intuit’s App Assessment.
  • Xero: your own Xero OAuth app. Validate Intent to receive for events.
  • Each webhook signing secret, entered on the web.
Limits
  • Xero starter apps: 5 connections, 1,000 calls per organization a day.
  • Events older than 72 hours, or unsigned, create nothing.

Finally read list_send_modes, list_trigger_sources and list_send_receipts and tell me what is live, paused or waiting on me. Never send a test without my approval.
