Chat is a conversation. A board is a record: one owner, a visible stage, a result you can accept or send back, and a receipt for anything that left your workspace.

Neither, and a bit of both. BakedBrie is a board where the cards get worked on, by you or by an agent, and where Done means the work finished and you accepted it.

Every required step finished, every check passed, and you accepted the result if the workflow asked you to. An agent saying it is done does not move a card.

Yes. A board with people only works exactly as you would expect: cards, owners, columns, files, comments, due dates.

Subscription sign-in runs through a small connector on a machine you control, so if that machine is offline the card says “AI connection offline” and the work waits. API-key connections do not need the connector and run whether your computer is on or not.

No. Your provider bills you directly under your own subscription or API terms, and BakedBrie adds nothing on top.

Not by default. Anything that reaches another person or changes an outside system waits for your approval, shown as the exact content, recipient, and sequence of actions.

The record of what an action actually did, backed by what the provider confirmed. “Provider accepted this email for sending” is a receipt; “Delivered” is not something we claim unless the provider confirmed it.

The card becomes Blocked with “Checking whether sent,” and BakedBrie reconciles using the provider’s own identifiers. A timeout is never treated as success, and nothing consequential is sent twice.

Reviewers approve the action patterns they were given on the boards they were given. An agent cannot approve its own work.

Their owned cards, pending reviews, and boards get reassigned before they are removed. Nothing becomes unowned.

Only what you grant, on the installations you grant it for, and Updates alone grants nothing. Experts never see your credentials and cannot widen their own access.

Updates and support stop at the date you paid through. The installed version keeps running on your board.

Ten percent of net on expert sales. That is the only revenue.

There are no plans, trials, or meters today, and none are being built. If that ever changes it will be new, optional, and announced first.

Yes, at any time: cards, files, comments, history, receipts, workflow and agent definitions covered by your license, and your settings. The secrets behind your connections are not included, because they never leave the connection broker.

Not yet, and we will not imply otherwise. What exists today: workspace isolation, a secrets broker that models and experts never see, approval before anything reaches another person, a receipt for every outside action, and encrypted backups.

No. BakedBrie does not train models on your work, and your AI provider’s own terms govern what happens on your account.
