BakedBrie acceptable use policy

You may use BakedBrie only for lawful business activity and only with data, accounts, systems, and people you are authorized to involve.

Prohibited offerings and activity

You may not build, list, install, sell, buy, or operate an agent, workflow, integration, or service that:

• provides or substitutes for regulated legal, medical, accounting, investment, credit, insurance, or other professional advice without required authorization and human oversight;
• makes medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment decisions, or emergency-care decisions;
• executes or intermediates financial transactions, transfers, trades, lending, credit, or custody outside BakedBrie's approved marketplace payment flow;
• performs employment placement, autonomous hiring or firing, or unlawful employment screening;
• enables weapons, violent wrongdoing, adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, or abuse;
• enables unlawful surveillance, stalking, biometric identification, credential theft, malware, phishing, evasion, or unauthorized access;
• discriminates unlawfully or makes high-impact decisions without required human review;
• violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable law;
• misrepresents seller identity, model capability, funding source, outcome, evidence, price, tax, support, or refund rights;
• extracts, uploads, pools, resells, or imitates customer or provider subscription credentials;
• bypasses rate limits, safety controls, approval gates, tenant isolation, or provider terms;
• sends spam or messages without the required authority, consent, suppression, and opt-out handling.

Required conduct

Users and sellers must use least-privilege access, keep credentials secure, respect workspace and board boundaries, review consequential output, disclose material automation, maintain accurate public identities, and report suspected security or abuse issues to bb@paragraphai.com.

Enforcement

BakedBrie may block execution, hold a listing, deny checkout, revoke a connection, preserve evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or contain a violation. Final notice, appeal, reporting, and termination procedures require counsel approval.
