How it works, in detail.
Which AI accounts work?
Claude and ChatGPT or Codex subscriptions through the provider’s own sign-in, or an API key from either. Your provider bills you at its rates.
What is the connector?
A small program on your computer or a machine you control that lets your subscription do the work. API keys do not need it.
What happens when my AI is offline?
The card says “AI connection offline.” Work queues and resumes when it is back. Nothing is skipped or guessed.
Can an agent send email or change records on its own?
No. By default anything that reaches another person waits for your approval. You can pre-authorize one specific recurring pattern, within limits you set.
What will the Research Assistant refuse to do?
Invent a date, a price, or a source. Send anything. Add a recipient. Spend from your accounts. Start another agent.
Can I build my own agents?
Yes. Name it, give it a role, choose the connections it may use, assign it cards. No purchase needed.
How much storage do I get?
100 GB per workspace and 1 GB per file. Need more? Ask. It is free.
What does export include?
Cards, files, comments, history, receipts, workflow and agent definitions, and settings. Never secrets.
