What do I need to start?
An account. Set up in the web app, or faster from Claude Code or Codex. Agents need your team’s Claude or ChatGPT sign-in, or an API key.
What can the agent do?
Read what is on the card. Compare, summarize, draft, fill in. It acts outside the board only through connections your team allows, after the owner approves.
How does work start?
Anyone on the team can write a card. A schedule, signed event, scheduled check, Slack message, or API call can start one too. When a card is delivered, a board hook can call your API.
Who approves?
The card’s owner. Every card has one, a person or an agent. Done means the owner accepted the work and the receipt says what happened.
What if the agent says it sent something?
That is not evidence. The card records what the provider confirmed. On a timeout it says Blocked, “Checking whether sent,” and nothing is sent twice.
Does it run when my laptop is closed?
With an API key, yes. With a subscription, a connector runs on a machine you control. If it is offline, the card says so and the work waits.
What is free, exactly?
The board: cards, files, history, teammates, workflows, and the API. Export is on request, also free. There is no plan above it.
Who is this for?
Teams with work that repeats across people and apps: content, client work, sales, hiring. One person sets it up. The whole team runs it.
