Can do

  • Appends a sheet row. Adds a calendar event without guests.
  • Puts an approved email in Gmail Drafts. A draft never sends.
  • Gmail send and Calendar invitations, only as scoped send.
Review and sending
  • Reads are the default. Every write needs a limit a person set.
  • Gmail send needs the separate gmail.send grant and a board manager’s consent on the web.
  • A draft grant never turns on sending.
You need
  • Your own Google Cloud app, Internal or External.
  • External in Testing status: refresh tokens last 7 days, at most 100 test users.
  • gmail.send is Sensitive. Gmail read scopes are Restricted.
  • An External app in production needs Google’s verification, and a yearly assessment for Restricted scopes.
Limits
  • Google keeps at most 100 refresh tokens per account per app. The oldest drops.
  • Watches expire and renew. A lapse shows in Needs you.
  • Scheduled checks are not instant.
