  • Puts an approved email in Outlook Drafts. A draft never sends.
  • Posts to one pinned Teams channel, up to 20,000 bytes.
  • Outlook send and Microsoft Calendar invitations, only as scoped send.
Review and sending
  • Outlook send needs delegated Mail.Send and a board manager’s consent on the web.
  • Teams posts go out after approval, or as scoped send.
  • Outlook reply checks are best effort. A follow-up may send after a reply.
You need
  • A single-tenant app registration in Microsoft Entra.
  • A client secret. It lasts at most 24 months; BakedBrie reminds you 14 days before.
  • Admin consent, only if your tenant blocks user consent.
  • For Teams: the team ID and channel ID. No personal accounts.
Limits
  • Microsoft has no revocation endpoint. After you disconnect, remove access in My Apps.
  • Graph may delay a reply or omit a deleted one.
  • Microsoft limits calls per app and tenant. BakedBrie waits when asked.
